HEY,

I'm Bianca Armitage

 

A Neuroscientist & Wellbeing Coach, specialising in improving sleep, managing stress and creating lasting habits.  

It's my mission to empower people to live their life to the fullest and truly thrive by tailoring recent and relevant Neuroscience advice to your unique challenges and goals.

After completing three dissertations on sleep, stress and happiness, I went on to gain a first-class masters in Neuroscience. I spent a total of 5 years studying the brain and got to work with world-renowned universities such as The University of Cambridge, University College London and UCLA.

Although I'm a total nerd when it comes to the brain, I wanted to apply my knowledge. This led me to became an accredited EMCC Health Coach, working for the NHS. This was incredibly rewarding but after some time I realised something was missing: the Neuroscience!

There is so much cutting-edge Neuroscience research on how to truly elevate our wellbeing. Practical, science-based tools to manage our stress, how to leverage our hardwired biology to optimise our sleep and boost our energy, how the brain actually forms a habit so we never have to feel like we just can't make something stick again. But nobody knows about it.

That's why I created Thrive. I use my experience in Health Coaching, blended with my academic Neuroscience knowledge to guide you through every step to a brighter, happier future.

The tools we work on are always clear-cut, practical and most importantly, based on how the brain actually works. 

Together, we find the bliss point between a high level of personalisation while remaining grounded in the science.
